What phones does the app work on?

All smartphones, Android and iPhone.

No, they are optional. They prove presence better than GPS indoors. We can supply the tags for a fee.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Everything is saved on the phone and sent as soon as the network is back, with no duplicates.

What if a task can't be done?

The employee says so, with a reason. A manager can excuse it, and a missed task stays visible in the history.

Can our customers see everything?

No. They get a read-only portal, limited to the sites you give them access to.

Can a manager be limited to some sites?

Yes. Each manager can be limited to the sites they are responsible for.

What reports and statistics do we get?

The web console includes a dashboard, statistics, the full history, and PDF and CSV reports.

Are employees tracked all the time?

No. Location is captured only when completing a task or punching in or out, and only while the app is open.

Can a record be changed after the fact?

No. A completion can't be edited: a correction is added and the original stays visible. That's what makes it proof.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Your data can be exported from the web console.
